  • The airport is located on the peninsula of Akrotiri (or Souda) and is about 14 km from the city of Chania.
Heraklion State Airport N. Kazantzaki
  • It is the second most important Greek airport. It was named after the author Nikos Kazantzakis. It is 2 km from the city center, in the area of ​​Nea Alikarnassos.
General directions from Chania airport
  • You drive towards the BOAK highway and take the route towards Rethimno/Heraklio
  • You exit the highway at the Armenoi /Kalyves exit towards Armenoi village.
  • You drive towards Armenoi then Nio Xwrio and finally Ramni.
  • Special note! if you follow the gps the shortest route is at the exit Megala Xorafia and the road is worse.
General directions from Heraklio airport
  • You drive towards the BOAK highway and take the route towards Chania.
  • You exit the highway at the Armenoi /Kalyves exit towards Armenoi village.
  • You drive towards Armenoi then Nio Xwrio and finally Ramni.
  • Caution! GPS may suggest the exit from Vrises. However, this route is worse and there is a possibility of getting lost.
  • Car is need to have access to Ktima Edem.
  • Free parking.
  • Payment of the deposit is made after contacting Ktima Edem by credit card or by transfer of money to a bank account.
  • Accepting the following credit cards: Visa, Euro / Mastercard, JCB, Maestro.
  • Cancellations are not charged for bookings that are canceled within 48 hours of booking.
  • Guests can cancel up to 60 days before arrival. Guests will be charged 30% of the total price if canceled up to 60 days before date of arrival.
  • If the guest does not show up or cancel 10 days before arrival the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • The guest must prepay 30% of the total price after booking.
  • In case of cancellation. You will get a refund within: 30 days.
  • We do not pre-authorize guest credit cards prior to arrival.
  • Smoking is prohibited indoors.
  • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • Entrance to the accommodation: Someone will welcome the guest in the accommodation.
  • Pets are allowed on request. Charges may apply.
  • Parties and / or events are not allowed.
